Heart Attack on a plate
This is truely the best burger I have ever seen, its called the quadruple heart bypass burger and it comes from none other than the Heart Attack Grill in the states.
The staff (pretty girls) all dress as Nurses. Check out there website, it really is amazing stuff!
Who says the Americans dont get scarcasim ???? They even sell ‘no filter ciggerettes’, Deep fired in pure lard fires and their advertising campaign…….. FOOD WORTH DYING FOR !
